What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Can I request for an early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, you can request an early check-in or late check-out. However, these requests are still subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Kindly contact the Front Office Team at the property to check the availability of your request.

What payment forms do the properties accept?

All properties accept cash and card payments (JCB, Mastercard, Visa, Gcash, Maya, etc).

Do the properties require a security deposit or hold an amount on my credit card upon check-in?

  • Jinjiang Inn – Makati: No security deposit required upon check-in.
  • Jinjiang Inn – Ortigas: No security deposit required upon check-in.
  • Jinjiang Inn – Boracay: A standatrd incidental depsosit of Php 1,000.00 cash is required upon check-in. This amount is fully refundable upon check-out, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred.

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Kindly check the specific amendment and cancellation policies of your reservation. Amendment and cancellation policies vary by the room rate you’ve booked.

For direct reservations, you may contact our Reservations Team at the property. For reservations booked through a third-party website or online travel agency (OTA), please reach out to their Customer Service Team directly for any modification or cancellation request.

Amenities and Facilities

Is daily housekeeping included in my room reservation?

Yes, daily housekeeping is part of our room reservation inclusions.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?

Wi-Fi is available and complimentary in all guest rooms and public areas for all in-house guests.

What are your swimming pool and fitness centre/gym operating hours?

Please be informed that there are no swimming pools and fitness centres in any of the properties of Jinjiang Inn Philippines.

Do you have an on-site restaurant or bar? What are the operating hours?

Jinjiang Inn – Boracay doesn’t have any on-site restaurant while Jinjiang Inn – Makati and Jinjiang Inn – Ortigas only have one (1) on-site restaurant – Horizon Café. This restaurant is open daily from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm in both properties.

Is car parking available in your properties? Is it complimentary or paid?

  • Jinjiang Inn – Makati: On-site parking is available. Complimentary one (1) car park slot per reservation on a first come, first served basis.
  • Jinjiang Inn – Ortigas: On-site parking is available. Complimentary one (1) car park slot per reservation on a first come, first served basis.
  • Jinjiang Inn – Boracay: On-site parking is available for motorcycles only. Complimentary one (1) motorcycle park slot per reservation on a first come, first served basis.

Do you have smoking rooms?

We do not have any smoking rooms in all properties. All rooms are non-smoking. Alternatively, you may check the nearby designated smoking areas below:

  • Jinjiang Inn – Makati: No smoking area in the property. Nearest smoking area is in Greenbelt and Glorietta.
  • Jinjiang Inn – Ortigas: No smoking area in the property and no nearby smoking area as of this time.
  • Jinjiang Inn – Boracay: Smoking area is located in the Ground Floor of the property.
